Our individual training programs begin with a comprehensive functional assessment to determine the best combination of activities to achieve your fitness goals. Each session is 60 minutes, and progresses through a customized, structured routine based on the science of human movement, and focused on building strength, flexibility, core and neuromuscular efficiency.


Want to improve your athletic performance? Each sport requires the body to move in a specific pattern. Our customized sport-specific programs challenge your body to mimic those patterns and thereby enhance strength, power and speed to improve performance. Sessions are 60 minutes.


Our individualized nutrition counseling is more than just “eat this, don’t eat that.” We educate you on making healthy choices around foods and supplements. We develop a customized food plan with tips on portion size and timing. We’ll even go shopping with you to help you create a healthy kitchen.

For those who like to work out with a buddy, we offer small group training sessions for groups of 2-3 individuals. These programs begin with individual assessments, then progress through a customized routine, modified as needed for each individual. Small group training sessions are 60 minutes.


Our 12-week comprehensive weight loss program combines healthy diet and exercise along with lifestyle tips, motivation and (yes!) accountability to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Our program graduates have experienced and maintained an average loss of 24 lbs.


Strength, Power, & Endurance Boxing is anaerobic. This means you will develop more strength and power. Utilizing the arms, legs and core – it is the ultimate full-body workout. The mechanics of boxing will enhance the connection between your brain and your body. This increased aptitude will transfer to other areas of your life. Boxing training is Interval Training. Your body will adapt by making the heart and lungs better at delivering oxygen. Unlike traditional cardio, not only will you burn heaps of calories during training – but for hours after training has ended.

Where do I begin?? I am what you would consider a gym rat myself, and I absolutely despise trainers ordinarily, which makes this review extraordinary within itself. I was in the Mountain View area for business, and needed a gym to workout in. My colleague recommended I call Rok Fitness. I called and spoke with Rok himself, which totally surprised me. I wasn't expecting such personalized service. We agreed on a time to work out, and I must admit I was skeptical. I even told Rok that I don't like trainers, and that he is going to have to prove me wrong. Lets just say he did!! That was probably the best work out I have ever had. He kicked my ass in a good way! Every muscle is sore! His knowledge of the human muscle groups is astounding. The only issue I had with him is that he isn't located in San Diego. If you want to get in shape, and you're serious about him!! You won't be sorry.
