You may ask – Why do I need to work with a Trainer & Nutrition Coach? Can’t I do it myself? The IDEA Fitness Association research states, “75% of people who exercise are not getting the results they seek. Out of the 25% that get results, 90% of them are working with a Certified Personal Trainer.”

I can’t tell you the number of frustrated individuals I meet who think they are doing all the right things, but are not seeing the results they are working so hard for. Ugh! Frustrating! Sometimes, when I meet with a client, we only need to tweak a few items in their workout routine or their eating habits. With others, well, it is a major paradigm shift!

Coach Rok holds degrees in (B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in I/O Performance Psychology), board certified in health coaching, sport nutrition and sport performance coaching, military training and real-world fitness training experience.

Coach Rok will function as your colleague, coach and teacher to help you achieve optimal health and fitness through a state-of-the-art complete fitness program that includes the following elements.

As a certified personal trainer and sport nutritionist, I will identify your specific fitness needs and create a plan for you to efficiently and effectively achieve your desired results.

Our customized training plans are tailored to meet your specific goals, while maximizing results and minimizing injuries.

Each workout is organized and planned prior to your appointment, so that when you arrive at the studio you can start working out right away by warming up and stretching in a private fitness suite. We don’t waste time figuring out what to do next or waiting for someone to finish using an exercise machine. The entire workout session is organized from start to finish so that your time at the studio is focused on you and achieving your specific results. You come in, we focus on your workout, and you leave feeling good about your accomplishments after experiencing an effective and efficient workout.

As your coach, we ensure that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury. We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise — too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.

Coach Rok takes pride in keeping up to speed on the latest science and technology information associated with health, exercise science, performance coaching and nutrition.

Every 6-8 weeks (depending on your program), I will provide a comprehensive progress report that shows your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals. During your workout sessions, you will receive exercise-specific direction, but also explain the reasons behind the methods so you’ll know exactly what we’re doing and why.

Most importantly, your personal trainer demands accountability. To bring real change, you need a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for your success in the program. Your trainer demands accountability — not unkindly, but firmly — because it is necessary for success. Success is my business and I take achieving your health and fitness goals seriously. You will receive a certified personal fitness and nutrition plan and organize workouts so that all you need to do is come into the studio/fitness center ready to work.

Rashein Rok Lindsey, is a very experience trainer and holds certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a certified personal trainer, certified functional training specialist, certified kettlebell specialist, lifestyle weight management specialist, nutrition specialist, as well a sport psychology coach.

Rok has the knowledge, he has a bachelors and masters in psychology and have a board certification as a holistic health practitioner from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. His experience and passion for giving people an outlet for positive change and lifelong health improvements. He treats his clients with the utmost respect and elevates them beyond what they once deemed as unachievable. Creating personalized exercise programs blending resistance training, functional training, flexibility, stability and high intense interval training provides a well rounded fitness plan to maximize the potential in each of Rok’s clients. Coach Rok strives to connect with his clientele, constructing the very best individualized method to achieve significant results in the safest way possible.
