Coach Rashein Rok Lindsey, a personal trainer, health coach, sport nutritionist and mental skills coach based in Silicon Valley. I apply an holistic approach to help people through lifestyle changes, weight loss, strength and conditioning, sport performance, military enlistment training, and athletes reduce mental barriers to performance and increase their love of their game.

After a successful career in the military, Rashein Rok Lindsey has always had a passion for giving people an outlet for positive change and lifelong health improvements. He treats his clients with the utmost respect and elevates them to gain significant results in the safest way possible. Creating individualized health, nutrition and exercise programs blending resistance training, core training, functional training, flexibility & stability training, etc., provides a well rounded fitness plan to maximize the potential in each of Rok’s clients. Coach Rok loves connecting with his clientele and giving them the very best to achieve their goals. It’s because of this, Coach Rok has been dreaming of a place to bring his clients that has a sophisticated atmosphere, privatized gym to customize sessions and a healthy, positive environment.

Since 2010 Rashein Rok Lindsey has been a great professional in the fitness, health and performance industry. He has knowledge and experience working with everyone from military, college and pro-athletes, kids, and executives. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, tone, and train for a sport or competition or just stay healthy.

The Boot Camp philosophy has evolved beyond military-type drills and teamwork. The point is still to get a great workout with lots of intensity, but your coach will modify the workouts as needed for your fitness level, skill, and needs — individual attention even in a group program. Our coach will educate, motivate, and create a team environment that brings success to every participant.


This coaching program is designed to teach you the smart way to achieve your fitness and wellness aspirations. You will receive coaching tools to keep you focused and motivated. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, feel better about yourself or reduce the impact stress has on your body, this is the program for you.


Training for your sport shouldn’t just consist of you playing your sport, you need to improve the parts that need separate attention. That is where sports performance training comes in. very rarely a great athlete isn’t participating on some sort of off the field training, it just doesn’t happen. Most athletes need to take the time to get faster, stronger, quicker and develop mental skills.

We specialize in life-changing fitness, health coaching, sport nutrition, sport performance, and lifestyle programs individualized to a person’s goals and needs. We do this by creating awareness, which gives people the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and joy. This is done one step at a time, giving the client a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically.

Our clients will be motivated and ready to make a change in their lives towards better health, whatever that means for them. They will be positive, open-minded people who want to make a difference in this world by first growing themselves, and thus, touching their families and friends as a result.
